Claims shall directly be raised to EFU Life Window Takaful Operator and / or UBL Branch by accountholder or beneficiary (parents, siblings, children or spouse) as the case may be.
Notice of claim must be given to EFU Life-WTO by Accountholder/Nominated Beneficiary not later than 90 days from the date of claim. Nominated beneficiary can be a blood relative (parents, siblings or children) or Spouse who shall get paid by the EFU Life-WTO in case of a claim due to death of the covered member.
Claim form can be downloaded from UBL website, which can be provided at the time of claim to the Beneficiary by the branch. Branch will guide the Beneficiary about the claim form filling and submission directly to EFU Life-WTO through email/post/WhatsApp. EFU Life-WTO will manage the customers claim and guide him accordingly.
