Minimum monthly income.

Salaried (Known Companies)	Rs. 150,000/-
Salaried (Unknown Companies)	Rs. 150,000/-
SEB / SEP	Rs. 150,000/-

Age: 21 to 65 years.
Resident Pakistani self-employed businessman / professional or salaried individual.
Minimum loan size: Rs. 1,000,000.

Documents Requirement.

Copy of CNIC.
Two recent Photographs each of primary as well as co-borrowers.
Signed LOU (Letter of Understanding), which states the applicable rate at the time of booking of loan.
Other Documents are required to substantiate the length of business.

Salaried	Current Salary Slip / Salary Certificate / Employment Letter confirming 2 Years of Employment. Bank Statement for Last 12 Month. Previous Employment Letter (If Applicable).
Self Employed Business/ Profession	Company Account Maintaining Certificate. Bank statement for the Last 2 years. Tax returns for the period of 3 years. Audited Financials / Partnership Deed (If Applicable).
